  • Orders must be placed before 8AM PST to be processed on the same day. Delivery is currently only available within the United States.

  • Orders may be split into several shipments to ensure faster delivery.

  • Please note that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may take longer to arrive.

 

Returns
  • To submit your return, please contact hello@soulsation.com to receive return instructions. Orders returned without this cannot be processed for a refund.

  • You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. If 60 calendar days have gone by since the delivery date, then we will not be able to offer you a return, refund, or an exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please note, return shipping costs are NOT included.

 

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be reflected on your account statement.

 

Replacements
  • We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged and within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. We require a photo of the product and packaging, clearly showing the damage. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at hello@soulsation.com.

 

Return and Exchange Exceptions
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items that are not purchased online at https://www.soulsation.com. For items purchased at one of our authorized third-party retailers, please contact them directly to determine return or exchange eligibility.

 

Change or Cancel an Order
  • If you wish to cancel or change your order please email us at hello@soulsation.com. We cannot guarantee that any changes will be made to the order once it has been placed but we will try our best to accommodate. 

  • If we were not able to change or cancel the order, upon its arrival, please write "Return to Sender" on the unopened package and dispatch it to the appropriate mail carrier. Once we receive the package back in our facility, we will issue a full product refund.

  • If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us at hello@soulsation.com. If it is too late for us to make a change, we recommend reaching out to the shipping company once you receive tracking information for your order.

Didn’t Receive Your Order?
  • Check around your residence and with neighbors.

  • Verify the shipping address on your order is correct.

  • Contact the shipping company with the tracking information you received for your order.

  • Still can’t find your order? Contact hello@soulsation.com. 

 

Duties & Taxes
  • For International orders, shipping fees do not include duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid, the order will be returned back to Soulsation.

  • Import restrictions and applicable local laws must be checked before ordering to ensure that your order will be able to arrive at the intended delivery address.
